- Support the Desirability Index initiative by validating data inputs and refining scoring algorithms.

- Document data dictionaries and ensure GDPR compliance in reporting.
- Advocate for data literacy across teams through workshops and training.
5. Pan-European Analytics
- Regionalise insights to address market-specific challenges (e.g., France's aging stock vs. Germany's EV demand).
- Analyse cross-border trends (e.g., "How do fuel price fluctuations impact used diesel sales in Italy?").
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
3+ years as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in B2B, automotive, or marketplace platforms.
- Expertise in SQL, Python/R for data manipulation, and visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM analytics.
- Strong storytelling skills: Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with GDPR and data governance best practices.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Experience with pricing optimisation, inventory management, or supply chain analytics.
- Certification in Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Analytics.
