Full Job Description

This is an office based role, Head Office - Barnsley Town Centre The role will involve in the day-to-day operations and the administration within our busy offices, answering phones, auditing and inputting information upon MIS systems to meet contractual targets and deadlines. Filing and monitoring documentation to ensure current information for files is evident for audit purposes. Key Responsibilities:

  • To input relevant data onto MIS systems to meet Contractual Requirements.
  • Process learner documentation to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Accurately inputting learner documentation and data into MIS
  • Data entry
  • To produce management reports from MIS system on a weekly basis
  • To provide necessary reports as and when required to other departments of the business and management.
  • To liaise with colleagues and obtain relevant information in order to process learners registrations and certification.
  • Support with timely and accurate processing of claims.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate records
  • Accurately closing and storing learner records securely
  • Maintaining reliable and accurate learner records (electronic and paper based)
  • Provide day to day feedback to Administrative Services Manager on contract performance.
  • Provide effective IAG service with both external and internal clients/ customers.
  • To support with the internal and external audit process within the organisation
  • To support with the planning and preparation for external and internal audit
  • Ensure that training premises are well presented and meet company requirements.
  • Filing and general day to day office administration duties as directed.
  • To support staff as and when required in general admin duties such as photocopying and answering the telephone.
  • Ensure that all visitors to premises and telephone callers receive welcoming, professional attention.
  • Ad hoc duties requested from management.

    Used PICs or similar MIS systems
  • Experience of working in a back-office function that has a strong focus on the customer
