Data Engineer

You are an Engineer in a dedicated triage and support team working to assist multiple solution delivery teams while striving to ensure minimal disruption to services.What you'll do:Triage incoming data and platform-related incidents to ensure the right team is working towards resolving impacted servicesCollaborate across delivery teams to assist with enriching incident investigations with better contextConnect with our customers on everyday issues and collaborate closely with them to improve our service as a departmentWork with the team to improve and evolve our ways of working with efficiency and customer service in mindBe involved in service awareness activities, perform periodic support tasks, and supervise our various communication channelsWhat you'll bring:Experience in managing incidents, Service Now experience would be advantageousProgramming experience, preferably in Java and/or ScalaKnowledge in how Big Query works on a low levelProven experience in SQL query buildingTenacity to
