Full Job Description

  • To provide administrative assistance to the effective maintenance of data within the College Central Systems and to support all staff in the use of these.
  • To support College faculty staff with enrolment to ensure accuracy of funding claim and good student experience.
  • To support College Management Team to collate, record and submit accurate data, through ongoing monitoring and review of the student records.
  • To provide administrative support to the College using MS-Word, MS-Excel and general functions of College Enrolments system.
  • Key Responsibilities 1. To ensure that enrolment and tracking documentation is produced and maintained in line with Main Contractor requirements, for all funding streams, including but not limited to Youth, Further Education, Apprenticeships, Partnerships, Adult Education and Combined Authority. 2. To maintain (and input as necessary) accurate enrolment related data onto the College Central systems, for all funding streams, including but not limited to Youth, Further Education, Apprenticeships, Partnerships, Adult Education and Combined Authority. 3. To implement input checking and initial data validation processes to ensure integrity of data 4. Dealing with general student records enquiries: either in person, in writing or by telephone 5. To support internal staff on compliance issues 6. To assist in the validation and submission of funding returns to the Main Contractor 7. To assist in the preparation for internal and external audits 8. To ensure a clear audit trail for all transactions 9. Supporting the wider Funding & Compliance Team as appropriate 10. To work to achieve team and individual KPIs, reviewed and monitored at team and one to one meetings 11. To contribute to the Self Assessment process and Quality Improvement Plan 12. To participate in the performance management scheme, one to one and Team meetings, attending appropriate training Other Duties and Responsibilities
