Full Job Description
- Enter and maintain pricing rules in the SAP/Vistex system with defined SLAs to ensure accurate pricing data is available on the system in a timely manner
- Analyse pricing errors and corrections
- Assist wit the future onboarding process of additional external partners onto the system
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure that communications between departments are efficient

We're looking for a Data Pricing Assistant to play a crucial role in managing bids, ensuring accurate pricing data, and working closely with multiple departments to optimize processes. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and analysing pricing data, resolving claims efficiently and fostering strong relationships across Sales, Commercial, Purchasing, and Finance teams. With a strong commercial mindset and proficiency in SAP/Vistex, you'll help drive efficiency and ensure our pricing data is accurate and up to date. To excel in this role, you'll bring: - Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- PC literacy, particularly in Excel
- Strong numerical skills
