Full Job Description

+ Respond to IT service requests from staff via the IT Self Service Portal.
+ Assist in maintaining accurate patient demographic information.
+ Validate and ensure patient waiting times comply with the 18-week RTT guidance, recording clock starts and stops using Careflow and patient records.
+ Coordinate with booking staff and medical secretaries to gather and record accurate information.
+ Work with the Patient Administration System (e-Track) and other departmental systems, including NCRS and patient notes (Evolve).
+ Validate error reports to ensure high-quality patient data.
+ Manage daily emails and alerts from both internal and external departments.
