Full Job Description
As a Data Visualisation & Automation Analyst in our multi-channel, multi-brand business, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the production of data products that support the delivery of our goals. Working within an Agile framework, you will collaborate with product owners to create an automation, reporting, and visualisation backlog, prioritising requirements and producing a roadmap of activities that deliver value in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your expertise in MicroStrategy, data warehousing concepts, and SQL will be instrumental in developing innovative and engaging ways to interpret data, challenge the status quo, and create a comprehensive capability around data interpretation. Additionally, you will grow and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, presenting information in a credible manner, driving community practises for data visualization, and contributing to better design and delivery of the platform. Your proactive and
initiative-driven approach, coupled with your ability to quickly understand complicated issues and reporting scenarios, will enable you to deliver high-quality results and leverage the tools and technologies that support excellent reporting, automation, and visualization.
How we work
We work flexibly at Sainsburys. This is a full-time role (37 hours/week), but for the right candidate, we are happy to flex the time commitment. We can also offer a full flexibility around when you work, allowing you to fit your working hours around your life.
As a Data Visualisation & Automation Analyst for our multi-channel, multi-brand business, you are a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of data, analytics, and automation. You must have strong experience of MicroStrategy, DW concepts, and SQL, and possess the expertise to create impactful data products that support the delivery of our business goals. You excel in interpreting complex data, challenging the status quo, and driving innovation in data interpretation. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate information to stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in delivering high-quality reporting and visualisation solutions. With your proactive and detail-oriented approach, you contribute to maximising the value generated from our data products and advancing our data-centric approach.
