You will report into the Senior DCM Manager, who will be your line manager and responsible for things like performance review meetings, 1-1s and development conversations. The role of Debt Capital Markets Associate is important to us with individual responsible for the following activities:

  • Support the planning and execution of secured and unsecured funding activities across Aldermore Group.
  • Analyse data, build cashflow models, and assist with post-deal reporting and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce MI, respond to data requests, and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Contribute to the management of Bank of England collateral and regulatory reporting.
  • Receive full support to complete your Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification (funded by Aldermore)., A friendly and flexible culture, the same as how we work with our customers.

  • An interest and passion for treasury/capital markets with experience in a Treasury or Funding team.
  • Ideally knowledge of Mortgage, SME, Consumer Lending, Auto Financing, or other financial services industry experience.
  • An analytical, detail oriented mind-set. Highly numerate, with strong technical and advanced excel skills.
  • Sound understanding of working in a strong control bank environment.
  • Desire to learn and involve oneself with multiple facets of a UK bank.
