Debt Recovery Officer (Part-time)

This is a rare opportunity to join us in a brand new position which has been created by in sourcing our debt recovery process. Working with our internal stakeholders in Finance, internal budget managers and other stakeholders there will be plenty of opportunity to find and introduce more efficient and robust processes intended to drive up recovery rates.
You will sit in MVDC's focussed and friendly Legal Services team and work with our Principal Solicitor specialising in litigation and regulatory matters.

You will have experience in handling a full debt recovery caseload with minimal supervision, preferably within the public sector.
Hybrid working with flexibility
This is a hybrid role. We're less about you driving to work and more about driving down our carbon footprint (meeting our pledge to be carbon neutral by 2030).
Our hybrid working policy offers many employees the opportunity to work from home up to three days at week should they wish (pro rata for part time working) although we anticipate the postholder will be mostly office based until the end of the training period (est four months).
