Full Job Description

You would be leading and evolving our DEI and culture strategies across Consumer Lending.

  • Working closely with Central DEI and Culture teams to understand, contribute to and embed Group priorities.
  • Strategic partnering with leaders and People Partners to influence structural inclusion and the diversity of our workforce.
  • Analysing DE&I data and insight to identify DE&I challenges and solutions, telling the story to colleagues and leaders, and building the right support for interventions.
  • Owning our colleague listening strategy, including data storytelling from engagement surveys.
  • Embedding cultural transformation initiatives at all levels and project managing our bespoke career enhancement programmes.
  • Managing our Culture & People Forum - a key lever for landing people initiatives in Consumer Lending.

You can influence and challenge with care at all levels - providing expert consultancy to the business.
  • You're an experienced data storyteller - creating powerful insights and recommendations, keeping DEI and culture as a focused priority for leaders.
  • You're a confident communicator - delivering and facilitating presentations (virtual and in- person) and writing engaging communications for all audiences (up to Exec level).
  • You create innovative content that generates behavioural change.
  • You're an expert researcher, with detailed knowledge of the external context, bringing insights into the team which shape initiatives based on colleague priorities.
  • Whilst DEI and Culture knowledge/experience is helpful, we also value transferrable skills, and we're passionate about developing our colleagues. Our team is big on quality. We seek out different thinking, we thrive off creativity, but most of all - we love a good sense of humour. We're not interested in 'culture fit', we want 'culture add'! Come and tell us what we could do better, how we can evolve and make us the best that we can be. If you're intrigued, or have some questions, then please get in touch - we'd love to hear from you., Disability Confident About Disability Confident A Disability Confident employer will generally offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the job as defined by the employer.
