The leadership and improvement programme aims to:

Explore leadership within the NHSPromote Trust values and behavioursDevelop your leadership effectiveness and skillsEquip staff with the necessary knowledge and skills to lead and complete service improvements within the scope of your role.

After you complete these six and a half days of training you will be able to explore further leadership and improvement training opportunities. We also offer a range of additional in-house and externally provided courses and bitesize programmes through our Leadership and Improvement Team.

We are looking for a dynamic person with clinical experience in auditory implant services. We are keen to hear from people with advanced assessment skills including working with adults with learning disabilities and children. This post will involve some managerial responsibilities, including line management.

NERCIP and South Tees Audiology is a large service with over 60 staff; who are proud to deliver a high quality, innovative and comprehensive NHS Audiology care. The main purpose-built department is located in The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough., South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust runs The James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough and the Friarage Hospital in Northallerton, providing district general hospital services for the local population in addition to a range of specialist regional services to 1.5million people.

The organisation is built on the dedication and hard work of our staff and we are very proud of our 9,000 workforce. We are continuing to build links with the Universities of Teesside, Durham and Newcastle and have a purpose-built Institute for Learning, Research and Innovation on the main site.
