The Deputy Headteacher (Pastoral, Personal Development and Safeguarding) is a cross-academy role. The successful candidate will lead on Pastoral, Safeguarding and Personal Development strategies across both the Basildon Upper and Basildon Lower Academies. The successful candidate will work across the trust, reporting directly to the Trust Headteacher, providing professional leadership and management capacity across our schools.
