Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Deputy Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist the Nursery Manager in the day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and education for children in our client's nursery setting,
- Support the Nursery Manager in leading and managing the nursery team
- Assist in implementing and maintaining nursery policies and procedures
- Oversee the daily running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide support and guidance to staff members and contribute to their professional development
- Build strong relationships with parents and families, ensuring open communication and collaboration
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children
- Take on managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Nursery Manager
Minimum Level in 3 Early Years - Proven experience in a leadership or deputy management role within an early years setting
- Sound knowledge of early years education, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Strong commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the nursery setting
