Full Job Description
- To provide skilled specialist assistance in the delivery of high quality, cost effective patient care throughout the Operating Department.
- To participate as an integral member of the theatre team giving leadership and guidance to less experienced staff.
- Participate in the Theatre Co-ordinator rota when required.
- Please note that Theatres is a 24 hour/ 7 day per week service and the post will be expected to work nights and weekends. Successful applicants should have previous experience in leading Service Gynaecology within Theatres, good communication skills and enjoy working in a swiftly changing and challenging environment. You will be required to work as part of a motivated team as well as being able to work on own initiative.
