Job Summary: Acting as deputy to the Site Lead, you will be directly supporting the management of a portfolio of properties, leading a team of professionals, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality facilities management and small work project services to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving operational excellence., Client Relationship Management:

• Build and foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their specific requirements, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Become a key point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and delivering superior service.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead a team of facility managers, small work project managers, and associated IFM support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Provide direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members, enabling their professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, establish clear goals, and ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations.
Facilities Management:
• Develop and implement robust facilities management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations across the portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, budgets, and vendor management.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize facility performance.
Small Works Project Management:
• Oversee a Small Works team, who deliver a diverse range of projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Where required, collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and budgets.
Financial Management:
• Supporting the Site Lead, understand annual budgets for facilities management and related activities.

  Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facility Management, Construction Management, or any related field.
• Proven experience of at least 10 years in facilities management and project management roles, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and people skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Solid financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to drive innovative solutions.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Professional certifications such as CFM, PMP, or MRICS are highly desirable.
