Barnet Planned service provide community Nursing services to Barnet CCG and is split into three locality teams. This post holder will be covering one of the permanent post in the South of the Barnet locality. The post holder will work closely with the locality manager, team leads/ other clinicians to develop the service and maintain close working relationships with both acute and community services. You need to be compassionate person, able to show empathy for patients and their carers. You will need to be punctual, pro-active, have a flexible approach to work and be able to deliver high quality of nursing care in the community setting. Essential: It is essential to have a current clean driving licence (less than 6 points) and have access to your own car. You need to be able to use a map and SAT NAV to navigate to patient's homes. Please confirm in the supporting information that you have a car and clean driving licence
