Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Technology Teacher to join our secondary school in Stoke on Trent. As a Design Technology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4, focusing on a range of subjects within design and technology. The Design Technology Teacher will encourage students to be innovative, developing both practical skills and problem-solving abilities. The Design Technology Teacher will also be responsible for providing feedback to students and supporting them in achieving their full potential. As a Design Technology Teacher, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop new ideas for teaching and learning within the department.
We are seeking a Design Technology Teacher who has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification. Experience teaching design technology at secondary level is essential. The ideal Design Technology Teacher will have a passion for the subject and be able to inspire students.
