If the answer is YES, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!, To Support the delivery of care and support needs by carrying out assigned tasks involving direct care under the supervision of a registered nurse.To contribute to the evaluation of programmes of care by reporting to the clinical supervisor.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high quality mental health care to the service users to promote recovery in a manner that maintains safety for all.

Here at Cornwall Partnership Foundation NHS Trust we are excited to offer a brand new opportunity for people who are new to care to join an 8 week paid developmental programme to train as a Healthcare Assistant in our Fletcher Adult Mental Health Ward.

Successful applicants will be remunerated on the band 2 pay scale during training and after completion of the relevant competencies and assessments will move to a band 3 permanent position with a full time salary of £24,071 per annum rising to £25,674 after 2 years.
