Within the acute rotation you will experience medical and surgical rotations with the chance to work with specialist colleagues in the areas of Critical Care, Stroke Unit, Renal, Nutritional Support Team and Head and Neck Cancer. Blackpool Teaching Hospital is also the Regional Tertiary Centre for Haematology and Cardiology.
The community team cover a variety of client groups such as Home Enteral Feeding, Adult long term Conditions: Nutrition Support and Diabetes. We also are the team for the Special Weight Management Service (SWMS) and work closely with other MDT members.

The Trust is part of the Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care System (ICS) supporting a population of around 1.6 million people.

If the role you have applied for requires a Disclosure and Barring Services (DBS) check we will administer this as part of your pre-employment checks. Please note, you will be required to repay the cost on appointment. This will be collected via a salary deduction.
