Full Job Description

The Digital Adoption Specialist (DAS) is key in the delivering of digital solutions in radiology departments to enable our customers to transform and expand their services. In this role, you will be actively involved in making sure customers adopt our digital solutions and achieve the outcomes and KPIs they planned for. Your day-to-day tasks will include customer success management, onboarding actions, customer training, go-live support and technical assistance. Previous clinical expertise in Radiology will be critical to enable the best outcomes for users. While the role operates with some autonomy, it primarily emphasizes the execution of activities within standard functional practices and procedures, occasionally requiring judgment with guidance.,

  • Product Portfolio: The Digital Adoption Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting a diverse product portfolio, including Imaging 360 Operations, Protocols, Remote, and DoseWatch. These solutions are designed to enhance operational efficiency, standardize protocols, enable remote diagnostics, and monitor radiation dose management. The DAS will ensure that these products are effectively integrated into customer workflows, providing ongoing support and training to maximize their value and impact.
  • Post-Sales Relationship Management : Lead the post-sales relationship with assigned accounts, including training, technical support, renewals, expansion, and advocacy. Ensure customers derive maximum value from our solutions, leading to their success and growth. Assist the creation of a network of key opinion leaders and show sites to foster our Digital solutions
  • Onboarding Collaboration : Work cross-functionally to guide customers seamlessly through the onboarding process. Provide clear guidance on next steps, maintain open communication lines, and connect customers to the appropriate internal resources to ensure a smooth transition. Establish clear goals and understand customers changing clinical issues and challenges
  • Technical Expertise : Develop an in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline related to our Imaging Digital Solutions. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute company policies and strategies effectively. Ensure that changes are aligned with agreed clinical priorities and support practices to communicate new processes effectively to the customers
  • Dose Management: DoseWatch is a key product in our portfolio, designed to help healthcare providers monitor and manage radiation exposure. The DAS will ensure effective training and utilization of DoseWatch to track patient doses, optimize radiation protocols, and enhance patient safety. By providing detailed analytics and reporting, DoseWatch helps radiology departments comply with regulatory standards and improve dose management practices. Prior knowledge on dose management preferred.
  • Business Acumen : Possess an in-depth understanding of key business drivers and leverage this knowledge in daily operations. Understand how the work of your team integrates with other teams and contributes to the broader organizational goals.
  • Problem Solving : Use judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters, always with guidance. Rely on prior experience, on-the-job training, and analytical thinking to address challenges. Consult multiple internal sources outside of your immediate team to make informed decisions. Bring together data and highlight variations. Use this information to develop insights into working practices and how these can be improved. Evaluate the effectiveness of changes made and the outcomes.
  • Team Leadership : While this role is primarily an individual contributor position, it requires proven interpersonal skills. There may also be opportunities to evolve into an early people leader role, where you'll have the responsibility to hire and develop talent, and provide informal guidance to new team members.

    Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Healthcare clinical background, ideally Radiographer trained with CT & MRI experience
  • Experience in Healthcare Significant experience working within the NHS or a healthcare service, with a good understanding of healthcare processes

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Project management methodologies, with ability to deliver complex projects
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive digital initiatives aligned with customer needs
  • Able and open to travel and be at customer sites 70% of the working time (annual average)
