Full Job Description

We are seeking to recruit two new Senior Business Analyst/Project Managers to join the Digital & IT Project Management Office (PMO) at Plymouth Community Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformation and innovation program, working on various business, operational, and technology initiatives that support our Strategic Business Plan.

Joining the PMO at this time means being at the forefront of driving business, operational, and service efficiencies and improvements through innovation and transformation across the organisation. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals who are not only skilled in business analysis and project management but also have the ability to engage and lead teams through change. Ideal candidates will have experience in delivering service improvements and managing medium to large organisational change projects, encompassing people, processes, and systems.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience of transformation projects/programmes
Has an aptitude and passion for seeking out operational, service, delivery and customer facing efficiencies and improvements
Can build strong relationships with operational and strategic teams to embed change
Highly self motivated and self driven
