Full Job Description

With an on-site gym, quarterly office outings and work socials, and a birthday bottle of bubbly there are loads of reasons to become a Champion! Champions work tirelessly to create a motivational and productive working environment, but they also offer opportunities for development and most importantly fun. You will be supported to complete daily tasks such as creating content for social media, proofing and editing content and competitor and market analysis. In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. A Typical Day in the Job:

  • Research, brainstorm and create content for social media pages including writing blogs, articles and posts
  • Respond and interact with social media posts, develop discussions and promote content to reach the correct audience
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
  • Research social media trends and competitor activity to improve social media presence
  • Oversee competitions and campaigns to promote our company
  • Educate staff on social media use and promote its use within the company
  • Experience of designing, creating and managing paid social media ad campaigns
  • Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

  • A Grade C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English is required for the role
  • Knowledge in Photoshop, Canva and InDesign would be advantageous
  • Passion for storytelling

  • Organised and flexible while able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional can-do attitude, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

    £12,400 per annum depending on experience
  • Monday to Friday 0900-1730
  • 37.50 hours per week
