Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the Digital Marketing Manager in executing a wide range of online marketing activities. This role will involve managing our CMS, driving performance across multiple digital channels, and helping optimize conversion rates. You will assist with affiliate and aggregator management, paid ads, and contribute to ongoing optimisation and growth. You will need to have a strong eye for detail, a willingness to learn new skills, and an enthusiasm for pet welfare. What you'll be doing:

• CMS Management: Maintain and update content on the company's CMS platform, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and optimised for user experience.
• Digital Channel Support: Assist and work with the wider digital team, in managing and optimising performance across all digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing, etc.).
• Affiliate and Aggregator Management: Support the wider digital team with the coordination and management of affiliate marketing programs and aggregator partnerships to increase reach and drive sales.
• Paid Advertising Support: Assist in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI and reach.
• CRO Testing & Conversion Bias: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO) testing, continually driving improvements to the website's performance and conversion rates.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Help track and analyse key performance metrics for all campaigns and assist in the creation of reports that measure success, learnings, and areas of improvement.
• Campaign Execution: Support the team in implementing digital marketing campaigns and assist with their day-to-day operations.
• Collaboration: Work with other team members, including content, design, and development teams, to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

• Willingness to Learn: You'll be expected to stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques, as well as be open to learning new tools and platforms.
• Passion for Pets: A real love for animals, with an understanding of the importance of pet welfare, is crucial for aligning with our company's values and mission.
• Proactive & Driven: Able to take initiative and work independently, yet enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Time Management & Organisation: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in your work.
Desired Experience:
• Experience in digital marketing or a related field is desirable, but we're open to entry-level candidates with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, and affiliate marketing.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles is beneficial.
