The Global Digital Marketing Professional is responsible for delivering on the digital communication activities around New product launches and core products and Congress using the social media glocalization process within Advanced Wound Care (AWC) for the 12 FISBE markets.

  • Collaboration with the regional and local marketing leaders to centralize their needs for commercial execution and support their sales performance achievement via an omnichannel communication approach across web/email/social/QR using the glocalization model driving efficiency and standardization.
  • Works with Global marketing leads to manage the digital activation roadmap ensuring this is aligned with channel and market needs and ensures tagging tracking of all assets worldwide in standard dashboards of performance.
  • Represents AWC at the social media steering group and implements cross Business unit learnings into AWC with MCOE marketing centre of excellence, Understand end-to-end customer (HCP and Patient) experience with our AWC brands and ensure all Global master assets are localised by markets.
  • Use data and customer insight to develop monthly social medial assets at a Global level for markets to localise and drive the geo targeted growth of the Linkedin Global AWC page (10 posts a month).
  • Enable the gathering of customers and patients' insights about their wound challenges to support better messaging and ultimately communication via snackable digital bite size content.
  • Managing the global asset deployment.
  • Support Global Brand leads to develop brand's value prop and key messages for snackable bite size content for social media channels.
  • Localisation as well as lead and own repurposing of old content to produce MRL (10 posts a month).
  • Establish content management and coordinate Medical data/evidence into social media story telling and experience for HCP's manage the templates and relationship with MACA.
  • Leverage KOl's online to drive engagement.
  • Support the omnichannel strategy and activity plan for each major AWC brand or disease area and execute on it.
  • Develop calls to action for each asset and set goals in the activation for assets.
  • Build and track audience and impact metrics. Define the best digital media(s) to invest on for ROI optimization.
  • Drive globalization of assets and enable local deployment minimizing the local resources needed.
  • Share insights and needs from the AWC BU to COE for integration during the design of adequate digital solutions.
  • Lead the integration of Figma and Smartcat to introduce operational efficiency for Glocalisation social media.
  • Share local and Global best practice on digital communication for AWC BU.
  • run quarterly digital marketing forums for AWC markets.
  • Manage status updates with core/innovation/WH teams in AWC globally.

  • Master's degree, preferably in marketing, business management, computer science.
  • Proven experience in digital communication, ideally in BTC healthcare businesses.
  • Experience of creating compelling customer-facing digital solutions and brand storytelling, on a global scale repurposing content
  • Experience of managing process and customer engagement in channels
  • Pharma and/or MedTech knowledge highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written English) across a variety of stakeholder levels.
  • User experience knowledge and understanding of behaviours.
  • High technical literacy, interest in new communication technology and social media understanding of web CMS and social media tools
  • Multi functional team working and principles of organisational networking
  • Demonstrate excellent working knowledge of pc and software packages.
  • Resilient with a high demonstration of self-organization and excellent priorisation
