Your Opportunity:
Own and deliver a digital product roadmap aligned to our business goals and OKRs.
Champion the needs of users across the full product lifecycle - from discovery to delivery.
Translate business requirements into user stories, features, and priorities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, and operations.
Drive continuous improvement through data, experimentation, and user feedback.
Manage releases and support rollout of new features and product capabilities.
Represent the product in key meetings, building strong internal and external relationships.
Support change management, ensuring successful adoption of new products and enhancements.
Oversee system configuration, admin tasks, and process documentation.
Stay ahead of digital trends and product innovations within the SaaS ecosystem.

Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and third parties alike.
Proven experience managing digital products in a high-traffic e-commerce environment.
Excellent commercial awareness with a strategic mindset and ability to see the bigger picture.
Analytical and highly organised - able to manage backlogs, prioritise, and plan for delivery.
Hands-on experience in agile frameworks, UX best practice, and product ways of working.
A natural problem-solver with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Confident communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with process mapping, data handling, and release management.
Experience with SaaS products and understanding of systems integrations.
A proactive learner who keeps up to date through conferences, workshops, and networking.

Our Support Centre is in Hemel Hempstead Herts we operate a hybrid working model and have 700 amazing team members across our support centre.
