Digital Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced digital delivery individual with the ability to not only create and deliver on a joined up digital strategy across the North of England, but also have the skills to engage internal and external stakeholders to drive continual improvement in an enterprise working environment. This is a strategic role and will sit within the Senior Leadership teams of both frameworks.

You will be responsible for the full digital portfolio including but not limited to field management, common data environments, 4D modelling, digital rehearsal facilitation and handover to the client operational teams. This role requires you to have strong interpersonal skills and ideally experience of working within the water sector at a similar level. You will be required to works across both frameworks to bring efficiencies and engage the relevant client and design teams within those frameworks. The role is seen as critical to bring together design, delivery and engineering teams under on digital banner and bring efficiencies through the AMP8 lifecycle., Civil engineering qualification and practical delivery experience
Previous experience in a similar role in the water sector
Experience of working in both construction and design teams
Ability to form, motivate and lead your team
Effective communication and strong stakeholder management skills
Passionate about improving performance in the water sector through best practice, process improvements and continuous improvement practices
Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
Previous experience of management on complex/sensitive programmes
Practical experience working with NEC 4 contracts

We have been appointed by Northumbrian Water to the Living Water Enterprise to help shape and deliver its strategic infrastructure upgrade programme with contracts valued up to c.£670m to Costain over 15 years and by United Utilities as one of 7 partners to deliver £3bn of projects in the Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8) between 2025 - 2030. On both programmes our teams will support the wider Enterprise to deliver the programme of works from single design option and through design and build delivery.
