Full Job Description
Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) is looking for a Digital Publishing and Resource Manager to support CJBS Digital, an exciting new initiative launched in 2024 to drive innovation in digital education. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team focused on maintaining high standards in digital learning across degree, non-degree, and executive education programmes.
In this role, you will be instrumental in defining and developing publishing standards, ensuring that all digital content meets the highest quality, copyright, and accessibility requirements. You will work closely with colleagues across the school, including learning designers, media specialists, platform experts, academics, and programme teams, fostering collaboration to ensure that the school's digital education outputs are consistent, impactful, and aligned with CJBS Digital's goals.
A core part of your responsibilities will be managing digital resources. You will develop and maintain a media resource catalogue, track asset usage, and ensure that resources are used efficiently and effectively across programmes. You will also provide expert guidance on copyright, intellectual property, and accessibility standards, helping to ensure that all content meets legal and educational requirements.
Collaboration and teamwork are essential to this role. You will engage with diverse teams across the school, working with tact and diplomacy to balance differing perspectives and achieve optimal outcomes. Your ability to navigate these relationships with professionalism and sensitivity will be key in delivering successful projects. You will also support the learning teams by helping to manage reading lists and case study resources, ensuring that all materials meet the strategic needs of the school.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital publishing and resource management, who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment. An understanding of accessibility and inclusive learning is essential, as well as familiarity with digital education tools and Virtual Learning Environments.
Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital learning at one of the world's top business schools?
