Full Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional for a pivotal role that will be essential to driving growth for the Tork brand on Amazon as well as with Tork's Internet of Things (IoT) solution - Vision Cleaning (TVC). What You Will Do
- Manage the Amazon product listings across multiple European markets, ensuring accurate data (content & pricing) and secured stock allocation to ensure products are live and available to buy.
- Collaborate with demand planners to forecast stock demand accurately, maintaining optimal inventory levels at Amazon.
- Continuously analyse sales and inventory trends, to drive insights for improvement of Amazon inventory or product portfolio into action.
- Develop best practices between Essity supply chain cross-functional teams and Amazon.
- Collaborate with marketing function to enable local marketing and commercial support
- Provide dashboards, insights, sales material, tools, and local adaptations to ensure TVC commercial operations are working efficiently.
- Partner internally with relevant matrix functions such as Service Management, Product Marketing, Marketing Services, Pricing & Commercial Analytics, GBIS, and IT. Partners externally with Amazon and supporting agencies.
- Manage and follow up regularly on critical success KPIs.
- Manage projects for activities that require a structured approach.
- Prepare and follow up for business reviews. Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Skills in business intelligence software are a plus.
- Amazon experience is an advantage.
- Experience working with ship-to-consumption analyses is a plus.
