Full Job Description
- This is an opportunity to provide a full pre and post sales service to the Direct Sales teams and clients, ensuring that all company procedures are followed. Your duties may include: -
- Assisting Direct Sales teams and clients throughout the pre-and post-sales process, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
- Aid in planning customer campaigns using internal tools and systems.
- Provide presentations and insights to support sales in creating compelling client recommendations.
- Maintain proactive communication with sales regarding campaign progress and task requests.
- Respond directly to incoming agency briefs and requests.
- Process bookings according to company standards within specified timelines.
- Manage any changes to campaigns before launch.
- Coordinate customer artwork, design, print, and digital orders.
- Ensure timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries through all channels, including managing complaints.
- Organize photography for requested campaigns.
- To ensure all activities are reflective of the 'knowledge, accuracy & efficiency' team pillars.
- Work closely with Direct Sales & Operations leadership teams to continuously improve & refine processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & PowerPoint - Excellent time management skills
- Strong & empathetic communicator- be skilled at building rapport with customer to enable a high standard of customer service

This role is open to both our Manchester and Birmingham offices. - Salary of £25,000 + quarterly Group commission
