Full Job Description

You will lead and direct pre-sales and sales efforts primarily in the automotive and banking industries. Your main objective is to drive sales order entry with existing and new clients by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships, articulating business challenges, creating compelling proposals and pitches, and supporting the close process. You'll apply a strategic mindset to our scaling ambitions, combining the responsibilities of acquiring new clients with the strategic work of defining value propositions and offerings : You will be accountable for :

  • Scoping and framing client challenges (including C-Level) for design projects, which include strategy, research, concept, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Owning and managing the project pipeline.
  • Conceptualizing and conducting workshops and other pre-sales formats, guiding clients actively from strategy to problem-solving.
  • Building partnerships with clients as well as establishing an external and internal network.
  • Further developing our Automotive and Banking offerings (in collaboration with our industry experts) and actively contributing to the strategic alignment of the practice., We offer a range of tailored benefits that support your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.     Evidence of significant presales, sales response, bidding, oral presentations, and contractual closure experience, with a demonstrable track record of shaping winning Design RFx proposals in a design consultancy or agency environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in building new client relationships, actively acquiring design projects, and collaborating with existing sales teams.
  • A track record in leading larger design programs, which have included the strategy, concept, design, and agile development of new digital products and services.
  • Strong skills in conceptualizing and communicating innovative ideas and strategic concepts, and translating them into concrete steps.
  • Passion for solving complex challenges through systemic and analytical thinking as well as a pragmatic design approach.
  • Strong interest in technological trends and their possibilities, as well as experience with technologies such as voice assistants, AI, AR / VR, and others.
  • You will be resilient and accustomed to working at a fast pace in a deadline-driven workplace, with :
  • A quality mindset you can provide evidence of your interventions to ensure high-quality responses.
  • The ability to collaborate widely across an organization and influence stakeholders within the NTT DATA business.
  • Confidence and experience in frequently presenting to senior client stakeholders up to the CxO level.
  • Knowledge of trends in the automotive and banking industries and how Design can best meet these.
