Director of Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy

We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Architecture and IT Strategy to lead our technological evolution. This is a key leadership role where you will shape and execute a strategic technology roadmap to modernise legacy systems and drive innovation across our business. You'll work closely with senior leadership to ensure IT strategy supports Halfords' goals, while championing cloud adoption and system integration., In this role, you will:

• Develop and communicate a compelling enterprise architecture vision.
• Lead the transformation of legacy systems and implement cloud adoption strategies.
• Align technology with business objectives across Retail, Garage Services, and B2B.
• Drive change through storytelling and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  
  Significant experience in enterprise architecture with experience leading transformation in multi-divisional organisations.
• Proven expertise in modernising legacy systems, particularly in Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and engage both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong business acumen and a strategic approach to IT planning.
