Full Job Description
The post-holder will be responsible for providing and embedding Human Resource leadership and development across the College and will be expected to contribute at both a strategic and operational level.
In particular:
+ Develop and implement HR strategies which support the delivery of the College's strategic priorities.
+ To provide a comprehensive advice and support service.
+ To develop, implement and review HR policies and procedures, in line with current and future legislation
+ To ensure an effective recruitment, selection and induction process of staff
+ To ensure that the College is legally compliant in all its HR processes including the safer recruitment of staff
+ To ensure that the College's safeguarding obligations are met in relation to its employment practices
+ To lead on staff wellbeing and training initiatives to develop the College as an excellent place to work.
