Full Job Description

As the Director of Operations, you will be a member of the Executive Team and will contribute to the development of the organisation's strategic direction, and to the overall leadership, direction and management of Bromley Healthcare. You will participate in the development, communication and promotion of Bromley Healthcare's vision and the delivery of the 'Community First' strategy

Key factors:

Service delivery including business processes, contracting, key performance indicators, outcomes and patient/ family satisfaction in line with agreed contracts.

Financial performance

Clinical Governance and Quality (discharged with the clinical director and quality lead)

Strategic planning and decision making

Line management responsibility for direct reports.

Supporting the transformation of services alongside the transformation unit.
