Director Quality Management

This role supports the Quality Management System (QMS) by collecting, analysing, and maintaining quality data. Working closely with internal teams and external contract manufacturers, it ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and contributes to continuous improvement efforts.,

• Establish, collect, and maintain QMS scorecards in line with corporate procedures.
• Gather and analyse quality data from cross-functional international teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D.
• Prepare data reports for Legal Manufacturer Management Reviews in Eysins.
• Support quality data analysis activities related to global product portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with data collection and trending requirements for MDSAP jurisdictions.
• Utilise AI-driven solutionsfor data collection and manipulation.
• Collaborate with teams at different levels across the organisation.
• Maintain clear documentation and structured reporting for quality compliance.
• Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
  
  A degree with at least a first experience in quality engineering and/or compliance within the medical technology industry, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of US FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485/9001, Medical Device Directive 93/42/EEC, and MDR.
• Familiarity with MDSAP regulations and quality data management.
• Excellent organisation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to interpret and present complex information effectively.
