Distribution Team Leader

Purpose: As a distribution Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers are serviced via our fast paced distribution center in Tingley, Leeds. Leading a team of approximately 12 operators you will oversee day to day management of the team to ensure service KPI's and compliance objective are met and ensuring your team are efficient, effective and aligned with our interpersonal goals. You will be responsible for:

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Set clear team goals
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics

• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
