Interviews for this role will provisionally be held on Friday 11th April 2025, The postholder will lead and inspire staff to develop, deliver, and improve services within the Medicine Division, ensuring local and national targets are achieved through ensuring high-quality patient care and experience within financial control. With your skills of engagement with the clinical, nursing, and operational teams you will help us deliver the Trust's strategic goals.

Provide strong credible and visible leadership and drive for the implementation of innovation and change, ensuring that relevant staff within the Division are empowered and influenced to improve and develop clinical practice.
2. Lead the development of the organisation of the Division to achieve robust lines of authority, delegation, and accountability.
3. Drive the strategic and operational development of the Division and the Trust to ensure all objectives are met in the most efficient, effective and innovative way.
