Full Job Description
The post holder will be part of a team providing a clean and safe environment for our service users and help to reduce the spread of healthcare associated infections (HCAI's) by undertaking general and specialist cleaning duties including Hydrogen Peroxide Vaper (HPV) if required. As part of this role the post holder will also offer a food and beverage service to patients at ward level as part of a Housekeeping role
We are looking for Domestic Assistants to work the following shifts:
1 x 14.00-22.00 (37.5 hours/ week)
1 x 8.00- 15.30 (35 hours/ week), Responsible for cleaning in the GMS sites to the British institute of Cleaning Science and NHS standards of Cleanliness to the required work frequencies as per the work schedules. Have the ability to suggest and make changes to work schedules to improve customer experience and improve efficiency.To rectify any failures in cleanliness standards after routine monitoring has been completed and report completion of the rectification to your Supervisor, Domestic services/cleaning
