We are currently seeking a Domestic Services to join our team at Sodexo in Royal Stoke Hospital, Newcastle Road, Stoke-On-Trent ST4 6QG. As a Domestic Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at our hospital. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and excellent organisational skills. • Launder the dirty mops
• Collecting dirty mops and distributing clean mops back out to zones using cages to transport mops.
• Keeping mop counts via excel spreadsheet
• Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, polish floors, within work area.
• Emptying bins and waste containers within work area.
• Actively champion a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff
  
  Ability to perform physical aspects of the job as physically demanding role
• A passion for health and safety
• Personal and professional integrity, appearance, and demeanour
• IT skills (as will need to use excel)
• Good communication skills to interact with staff members,
• Previous experience from cleaning and factory operative background (desirable)
