The DSCIS mission is to train and educate information and communications engineers, technicians and operators in order to meet the requirements of Defence and needs of trainees now and into the future.

The DSCIS Technical Equipment, Software, Licensing Acquisition - TESLA appointment will work as part of a team of 8 staff that form the Portfolio Management and Resource (PMR) group within HQ DSCIS. The purpose of the PMR is to cohere the modernisation of training for DSCIS and assure allocated resources.

The TESLA appointment will work to a Royal Signals Lt Col (OF4) and may have line management for one appointment within the team. Key tasks are to act as the Procurement & Commercial lead for CIS Technical Trg Equipment & Licenses and Support in the management of the DCTT Definition Cycle Portfolio process and delivery - specifically technical procurement and commercial advice.

This position is advertised at 37 hours per week.
