Duty Manager - Casual & Fixed Term

The Lyric Hammersmith are looking to expand our pool of Duty Managers with casual and fixed term contracts available, The Duty Manager takes overall responsibility for the Front of House operation, including: ensuring that high standards of customer care are maintained at all times, acting as a first-line response to any problems or complaints, responding to health and safety issues, ensuring that relevant information is passed between the Visitor Experience Manager and Visitor Experience Assistant (and vice versa) and overseeing and co-ordinating any evacuation that may be required.
