Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our friendly team, delivering a wide programme of swimming and other leisure activities at our popular Co-educational Boarding School site near Banbury, Oxfordshire.

The role will assist in supervising the day to day running of all leisure facilities (includes the 25-meter swimming pool, plant, climbing wall, sports hall and gym) ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a first class standard., Sibford School

· Have a proven track record working at a swimming pool, leisure or fitness centre

· Be committed to providing outstanding customer service

· Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Have experience of supervising staff and ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to by staff and those using the facilities

· Be able to deliver swimming lessons for school age children (qualified to Level 2) or willing to train

This role will be required to work on a rota basis which includes weekends and evenings, throughout the year.
