Full Job Description

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children in the early years setting.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, social, and emotional development of each child.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that meets the individual needs of all children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's curiosity and love for learning.

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our vibrant and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and engaging setting where your skills and creativity will be highly valued., Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
