We are looking to recruit an Early Years Team Leader to provide high quality childcare at our Halifax nursery on a permanent contract, working 40 hours per week.

NVQ level 3 or above in childcare or equivalent .

A minimum of 1 year working specifically with children.

A caring and calming nature with lots of patience and a positive attitude .

Be fun and relaxed with the children .

Good knowledge of the EYFS learning outcomes and requirements .

Good leadership skills .

The ability to plan fun and engaging activities and plan in the moment taking their lead from the child .

Strong and confident when communicating with parents, other professionals and colleagues.

Desirable -

Highly experienced nursery practitioner.

Experience as a room leader beneficial .
