EBM Technician (5CREW)

Alpla Bridgwater, manufacture and supply Plastic Milk Containers for their customer 'Muller Milk & Ingredients' using an in-house operation.
Reporting to the Production Manager, as part of the Production Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for producing HDPE bottles using 'Blow Moulding' machinery and associated equipment.
Key tasks will include:

Ensuring products are manufactured to Customer Specification and fit for purpose, including the elimination of any Food Safety concerns to the consumer.
Carrying out duties in accordance with company, Quality, FH&S, H&S and EMS Polices, to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and housekeeping at all times.
Make process adjustments according to process and standards
Actively participate and supports the Set up Team when required
Monitors process and assets and reports any deviation to the team or Supervisor, through active and proactive communication
Work to the highest levels of safety and housekeeping

Production experience and/or mechanical skills or technical background
A methodical and proactive approach to your work
Ability to work to the highest safety and quality standards
An excellent communicator who enjoys working in a small team
Reliable, self-motivated, with a resourceful approach to work and excellent attendance record

Desirable (Training will be given for all aspects of the position)

Experienced within FMCG manufacturing
Experienced or Knowledge of Blow Moulding Process
