We are seeking a dedicated, inspiring, and emotionally intelligent Vice Principal (SEND) to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will act as an advocate and driving force for supporting children with identified special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This is an opportunity to lead and coordinate innovative, evidence-based provision to ensure the success and inclusion of all learners, making a tangible difference to young lives.,

• Lead the strategic direction for SEND provision across the school.
• Advocate for inclusion with high expectations for all pupils.
• Deliver whole-school improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes for every child.
• Ensure compliance with statutory SEND and equality regulations.
