Inclusion is central to the school's ethos, ensuring pupils work effectively alongside their peers through tailored adaptations and support., We are seeking an Assistant Principal to lead as our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO). As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will:

• Develop and implement strategic oversight of SEND provision across the academy.
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective support and high-quality teaching for pupils with SEND.
• Maintain comprehensive records of pupils with SEND, utilising qualitative and quantitative data to inform practice and processes.
• Ensure the academy's adherence to SEND statutory regulations.
  
  Experience in senior leadership or a strong desire to step into such a role.
• A passion for enhancing the educational experiences of students with SEND.
• Excellent organisational skills and accountability for SEND records.
