- Lead and manage the Art department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their creative potential.
- Develop engaging schemes of work that align with curriculum developments.
- Support and coach colleagues to enhance teaching practices.
- Play an active role in whole-school initiatives and enrichment activities.
