Full Job Description
The post holder will develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders. They will provide comprehensive admin support and leadership in ensuring the delivery of high quality regional and national processes. In this key role, the post holder will work across a broad range of activities within the workstream and portfolio as a whole in addition to supporting wider PGMDE activity.
- Taking a lead role in the ARCP process for Foundation doctors. This includes setting up and maintaining spreadsheets, planning and organising the main annual ARCP panels and ad hoc panels throughout the year ensuring that reviews are held at appropriate times for the individual Resident Doctor.
- Liaise with Foundation Teams at trusts within the Wessex region providing support and guidance
- Taking a lead role in programme management of the Wessex Foundation School Programme, ensuring rotations are produced within the defined timelines and entered on the Trainee Information system accurately and communicated effectively. Including the organisation of the swap process and management of changes throughout the training year.
- Provide support to the Education Programme Manager throughout the recruitment process
- Provide supervision to the Education Programme Co-ordinator
- Ensures that filing and data archiving is undertaken by all team members in accordance with organisational policy.
- Creating, developing and maintaining specific webpages relevant to the Foundation Programme as required., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
