Full Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer (Multi Skilled), you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in maintenance across the school sites. Your day to day will include:

  • PPM's and Reactive maintenance across school sites
  • Able to conduct first line response of M&E equipment, ranging from AHUs, air conditioning, pumps, pressurisation units, generators, fire alarm, security, and access control systems, and has the ability to conduct a variety of building & facilities maintenance tasks, including, but not limited to, electrics & lighting, water & plumbing, HVAC, AHUs & compressors.
  • Previous experience in commercial building services/facilities management

  • 2391 cert holder
  • Full, Clean Driving license as travel to multiple sites is required on a daily basis
