Other responsibilities will include undertaking inspections, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and assisting with any other general work as briefed by Technical Services Management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills as you will regularly come into contact with both colleagues and guests. Trade experience is essential as technical knowledge will be required.,

• Previous trade experience is required i.e. electrical or mechanical as you will also carry out maintenance duties connected with other trades
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Level 3 C&G equivalent NVQ or SVQ qualification in Electrical Installation Theory & Practice
• C&G 2381/2 18^thEdition IEE Wiring Regulations
  
  You will be contracted to work 160 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 8am and 10.30pm.
As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
